You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee (e.g. at the bar table in the kitchen or outside on the patio) and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment and of course everything around it. To make sure your sleep is first-class, a cozy king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with hotel-level bedding is awaiting you. There is also a spacious dining area for 4 people which obviously can also be used as a working desk. A large smart TV with Netflix and Zattoo (for tv channels) allows you to enjoy your favorite series or films also in your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and everything you need to cook delicious meals. The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub and is therefore perfect both for a quick shower when things have to go fast in the morning as well as for an extended relaxing bath after a long working day. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest with the comfortable sofa bed (160 x 190 cm). Free parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers in front of the building. There are no assigned spaces, you can park on any free spot. The entire apartment is yours. Just make yourself at home!

You live in the northeast of Passau, in the beautiful and quiet district of Grubweg on the hill. In the vicinity of the apartment there are several supermarkets within walking distance (Netto including bakery: 200 m, Norma: 400 m, Edeka: 900 m) and ATMs (Sparkasse: 200 m, Volksbank: 500 m), so you get everything you need for a pleasant stay in Passau. Parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the building. The city center (e.g. St. Stephan’s Cathedral or Passau main station) can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus (bus stop Abteistraße directly on the main road, take bus line 1 in the direction of Kohlbruck/PEB; via St. Anton). By car you also have direct access (3 minutes away) to the B388 and B12. Our personal restaurant recommendation is Pizzeria Grimaldi in Salzweg (about 10 minutes by car), which, in addition to fantastic pizza and delicious pasta, also offers super tasty ice cream.
