Enjoy a wonderful view at the lake from the terrace, the bedroom and the living room.
I love to help people on their pursuit of happiness and am glad that I accomplished that also with this house.
You are looking to make your next short trip or holiday to a welcoming vacation home at a lake, a change of scenery with something special? One of our highlights is the big private terrace (22.5 sqm) with a direct view at the bathing lake which is only 30 m away and (with excellent water quality). Here you can sunbath, enjoy your breakfast and watch the beautiful sunset behind the water. Close excursion destinations include the spa towns of “Bad Salzhausen“ and “Bad Nauheim“ or the Vogelsberg. Two high-rope climbing forests are very close by: the Gießen climbing forest is only 23 minutes away and the Hoherodskopf climbing forest is 30 minutes away. Apart from its wonderful view, the Hoherodskopf also offers a breathtaking summer toboggan run. If you are a keen cyclist, you can follow in the footsteps of the Romans along the Limes (UNESCO World Heritage). Our House of Happiness with a view of the lake is located directly on the German Limes cycle path and on the Lutherweg 1521 for hikers.
