In Memmingen, we have created three modern holiday apartments, each with a terrace. All rooms are bright, and our guests enjoy the convenient parking in front of the house.
Each of the three holiday apartments with a terrace offers a cozy and stylish ambiance. The interiors are bright and welcoming, with open and, above all, well-equipped fitted kitchens ideal for self-catering. High-quality materials and modern furniture characterize the interior, which also includes a comfortable seating area. The larger apartments always have a separate bedroom and a sofa with a comfortable slatted frame and a sleeping area of 140x200cm or 160x200cm. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and stylish tiles. The two apartments on the ground floor are pet-friendly and available to our canine friends. All apartments are located on the ground floor.
The holiday apartments each have their own terrace where guests can relax.
The house itself has an attached outdoor parking lot, so guests can park their vehicles (Sprinter vans are also possible) there.
Business travelers visiting the nearby A7 and Ulm are also welcome. We offer Wi-Fi at working speed.
Marius and Bianka have been renting out many apartments in their new building in Vöhringen for two years now. Memmingen is the next project to join them. We look forward to seeing you!

Families, active vacationers, and leisure travelers benefit equally – whether you're planning museums, nature excursions, or special adventures like wakeboarding or amusement parks in the Allgäu region.
The surrounding area is well connected: you can quickly access the motorway network by car, and you can quickly reach the train station or the city center by bus or bike. In the near future, a modern, sustainable neighborhood with apartments, a daycare center, and retail stores will be built in the neighboring Grenzhof area – ideal for future-oriented urban development.
