In our beautiful, bright old-style apartment with approx. 140 square meters, all rooms (except for the bathroom and toilet) have wooden floors (wooden floorboards) and historical paneled doors, which date back to t. year of construction. In the south wing of the apartment there are two bedrooms, t. kitchen, the dining room and t. living room. In the part of the apartment facing the backyard is t. bathroom, t. guest toilet and another bedroom. The south-facing bright rooms such as t. living room, t. dining room and the bedroom are connected with large double doors. Which creates a spacious ambience. The cozy balcony, which can be reached from the dining room, offers a beautiful view of the Karlsaue.
