PLEASE NOTE: - Equipping our vacation apartment with a centrally controlled ventilation system is also an important part of our efficient, safe and hygienic environment concept. The system constantly supplies filtered fresh air. This is pre-tempered according to the seasons with the help of another geothermal heat exchanger and fed into the individual rooms to ensure a pleasant climate at all times. With an energy recovery rate of 95%, the air is exchanged up to 18 times a day. Our vacation apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. CERTIFICATION of the sustainable vacation apartment “Lieblilngseck” - “Our house has become a small power plant that generates energy instead of consuming it.” In summer 2024, the “Lieblingseck” was comprehensively audited by Viabono, Germany's leading specialist organization for holistic sustainability, and successfully certified as one of the first 50 accommodations in Germany. BATHING & WATER SPORTS - Along the shore you will find many well-kept beach resorts. 150m away is our nearest bathing access in Gstadt with Schwimminsel and Kletterberg. Single hidden bathing bays are 10min. away. On the Chiemsee sailors and surfers use the good wind conditions. Also canoes, paddle boats and pedal boats can be rented on site in Gstadt. SKI & MOUNTAINS - You can choose from many interesting destinations and outdoor activities for every taste and every constitution. In winter you can look forward to the annual Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, perfectly groomed cross-country trails and winter hiking trails as well as the nearby ski area Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kampenwand or St. Johann Tirol. Since the lake is also now and then gefrohren, you can then also curling or just walk on the Fraueninsel.
