Hallo, here some information about the house. My new house is simply organized and easy to understand. The big roof overhang protects, the story high windows make it bright and allow the view of the mountains. The kitchen is small and has all you need to prepare a good meal. No problem to relax with a Cassina leather sofa and a smart tv. It is a pleasure to use the rain shower. The private sundeck is right under the leaves of two big oak trees. From here you have a nice view of the surrounding gardens and of the mountains. I do hope you will like my bavarian house.
Hallo I am glad to be your host. As an architect I have been designing and building in many places. It was a both difficult and a pleasure for me to integrate into the new house some of the things I had experienced and enjoyed else where. Please let me know if I was successful.
The location between Munich and Salzburg and between the mountains and the lake is just wonderful. In less than one hour you can both enjoy city life and the adventages of nature. Plus there are lots of things you can do nearby. I gathered links of some of the places I do personally like. If you are interested I will mail it to you.
