The historic 18th century building has been extensively renovated over several years and completely refurbished. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of a few hundred metres. The special thing about the old town of Malchow; it is an island surrounded by Lake Malchow and Lake Fleesensee. There is a public lake access with a small seating area right next to the house. This apartment is located on the first floor. It has a living area (upholstered furniture, desk, smart TV), an open sleeping area in the attic with double bed and TV (access via a steep, space-saving staircase), an open kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also modern air conditioning, automatic windows, free WiFi and an internet-enabled smart TV. The other apartments (DZV779 and DZV777) are similarly equipped. Each apartment has a car parking space. There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and a private parking space approx. 200 m away. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The climatic health resort of Malchow charges a visitor's tax (payable on site). The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town.
