The stylish and central apartment is extensively equipped - perfect for couples, families or smaller groups. In the bright bedroom you will find a 140x200cm bed and a dresser where you can store your clothes. In the bedroom we have provided a baby crib for the little ones. In the cozy living room, you can enjoy perfect entertainment thanks to smart TV, Netflix and Disney+. The couch and the armchair in the living room can easily be converted into two additional sleeping options. You won't miss anything in the kitchen thanks to top equipment. In addition to all cooking utensils, you will find a coffee maker and spices. At the large table you can make yourself comfortable with your fellow travelers after a long day. In the bathroom with daylight and rain shower you will find everything you need. We provide you with fresh and soft towels and a selection of toiletries during your stay. Here you will also find a washing machine, which you are welcome to use if necessary.

The apartment is located in one of the most central districts of Kassel and has a lot to offer. You are in the immediate vicinity of the Staatspark Karlsaue, where you can go for a walk and experience a piece of the stately Kassel. In the neighborhood of the apartment you will also find great cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The streetcar stop "Am Weinberg" is just around the corner, so you can also reach the city center in about 3 minutes. The apartment is located in the Südstadt of Kassel in a quiet side street. You can park your car free of charge on the street. The streetcar stop "Am Weinberg" is 250m away from the apartment.
