Welcome to Lumen Homes & this luxurious flat that offers you everything you need for a great stay in Ingolstadt: → 8 min walk to Audi and 10 min to the old town centre → Desk with monitor → 2 box-spring double beds → Pull-out bed for 5th & 6th guest → Sofa bed for 7th & 8th guest → Smart TV & NETFLIX → NESPRESSO coffee → Kitchen → Bathtub, shower, separate WC → Washing machine → Car park → Balcony lounge ☆"Bull's eye in Ingolstadt." This flat has recently been refurbished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this flat. You can check your emails at the height-adjustable desk with screen provided. You can let your creativity run wild in the kitchen: Here we offer a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. With our basic equipment of spices, vinegar and oil, you can get started right away. A large dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people. When the weather is nice, you can eat on the quiet balcony at the large outdoor dining table or relax in the lounge. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. A highlight is the bathtub, in which you can also relax.

You can reach the old town centre in about 10 minutes on foot or conveniently by bus, which stops right outside the front door. The motorway can be reached in 7 minutes and the Ingolstadt Village is just a stone's throw away. The flat itself is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance.
