I´m self employed. My work is my hobby. ;) I built houses, renovate some old houses and have a company of plumbing and heating.

Property information

The property is one of the first low level houses in Bonn with an KWh of 46 per qm, built in 2009. The used energy for heating and hot water are: geothermal, solarthermie and wood. The heating for the user is groundfloor heating, where he can setup the needed temperature for every room. For the summer there is an air conditioning that can be used.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood, even if it´s Bonn is quiet and has got more the structure of a small village. But around the corner the nightbus takes you to the town center and back to explore Bonn by night. Right around there is one of the best ice salons, two backerys, two supermarkets and two bio-supermarkets, everything not more than 300m away.
