Hello, we are Lukas and Michael, founders of 7Seas Apartments. We love to travel and appreciate good hospitality, as well as beautiful accommodations especially. That and nothing less is therefore our incentive with our own apartments.

Property information

This great old building apartment has recently been refurnished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is superb: The main train station is within walking distance yet ist the apartment directly in the city center. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this old building apartment. The apartment has 4 comfortable box-spring beds, a large smart TV with Netflix, 2 desks and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything else you need. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washing machine in the house. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a 7th and 8th guest with the comfortable sofa bed.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the heart of Saarbrucken not far from numerous stores, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended is the famous "Nauwieser Viertel", which is only a few minutes walk away. The main train station is also in the immediate vicinity. In the house and the nearby neighborhood are no discos or other noisy businesses, so nothing stands in the way of a quiet stay with a central location at the same time. There is a bus stop directly in front of the door. The Saarbahn (tram) is also well connected in Saarbrucken and will take you to various places within a very short time.
