Our loving, barrier-free and modern, bright 2 ZKB holiday apartment is located in the state capital of Saarbrücken. Ideal for switching off and enjoying. The apartment consists of a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet. Other important information The living space: - 45 sqm - King size box spring bed 180 x 200 - Smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels in the bedroom - Smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels in the living room - Sofa in the living room - Fully equipped kitchen with dining area: stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer The equipment also includes: - Free Internet LAN & WLAN - Initial set of toiletries/tea/coffee - Towels/linen - For stays longer than 7 days, towels and bed linen are changed once a week - Washer dryer / iron / ironing board - 24/7 availability in case of problems - The apartment is supplied with fresh air via a modern ventilation system, since there is no window in the bedroom
