In this exceptionally beautiful and absolutely quiet Gründerzeit villa from 1912, there are three units available: - Top floor, 2nd floor: A loft with a balcony and air conditioning in a duplex style. - Top floor, 2nd floor: A studio apartment without a balcony but with air conditioning. - 1st floor: A 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace but without air conditioning. The loft and studio apartment are located on the 2nd floor. Please note that the staircase to access these floors is slightly steep due to the higher ceilings and should be considered for individuals with disabilities. The attic apartments ensure a pleasant room temperature in any weather thanks to the air conditioning. The 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor does not have air conditioning. These apartments are ideal for couples and solo travelers, especially for guests attending trade fairs in Essen or Düsseldorf. We look forward to welcoming you!
