Just feel good! We rent our small but fine and tastefully furnished 33 sqm apartment to trade fair guests, holidaymakers, families and fitters. The apartment consists of a bedroom (1.80 m double bed) and a living-dining area with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, window bathroom with shower. The couch in the living room can be folded out. Two more people could sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is more oriented for two people. The entrance to the apartment is to the left of the house at the garage entrance. We have a key box so that our guests can arrive and depart independently of us at any time We will send the code for this shortly before arrival.

We are a family of four Fiona, Marc, Henry (7) and Lilly (4) and mostly there in the late afternoon to answer questions. Otherwise we are also easily accessible by phone or Whatsapp. We consider accommodation to be an enrichment and look forward to guests from all over the world. The apartment is very cozy and modern. The beautiful wooden house is a new building, so the apartment is also in new condition. It is located in the new development area and therefore the area is still a bit desolate because some houses are still under construction. Accessibility by car is also somewhat difficult, as the development area is constantly growing and the streets are sometimes not in the navigation system and roads are also blocked. Googel Maps does it in most cases! Even if the journey is currently a bit difficult and the house is in the middle of the construction area, we feel it is a small oasis.
