This 75m² renovated flat is modern and stylishly furnished. The large bedroom has a 1.80m x 2.00m king-size double bed with high mattresses and offers plenty of space for clothes with a clothes rail and free-standing shelf. A separate office is available for guests travelling on business. The high ceilings create free space for creative thoughts. (The Mona-Lisa is not real, so it's not worth stealing ;) ) The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable couch. If necessary, the couch can easily be folded out so that up to 4 guests can be accommodated in the flat at the same time. After a busy day, Wi-Fi, Netflix and Smart TV allow for a relaxing end to the evening. In the kitchen, up to 4 people can have breakfast at the same time at the shared high table and thus get the perfect start to the day. Of course, the necessary equipment should not be missing. A Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a coffee & tea bar are all available in your flat free of charge. In addition, there is a microwave, cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a toaster in the kitchen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are also plenty of crockery, gold-coloured cutlery, water & wine glasses and various cooking utensils. The flat is also suitable for a longer stay. A washing machine with tabs and a dryer are available free of charge. If you want to dry or iron your clothes afterwards, you can use the iron, ironing board and clothes horse. In the separate bathroom you can take a shower or bath after a hard day. We provide you with fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer.
