What began with the rental of initially three rooms has grown to more than 130 rooms and (student) apartments due to the high demand. We have built the houses from the start-up period so that each house has a mixed use of apartments, student rooms and hostel rooms. The objects are located near Steintor in the medical department. Steintorcampus university and remodelling of Stonegate established MedicineQuarter as a well aceepted central location. In the surrounding area is a very good infrastructure available - public transport is in two minutes, the central market place is reachable in about 10 minutes. Nearby are the Steintor Campus, Stadtpark, Central Station, Steintor-Varieté and FutureCenter (Planing)

The studio apartments are equipped with private kitchen and bathroom. The hostel-style rooms are located in apartments with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Meals can be prepared in the communal kitchen, which comes with an oven, coffee machine and dining area. All the outbuildings are located in nearby buildings from the year 1900. Our guests choose from a wide variety of standards in a central location. We offer free Wi-Fi and wired internet. Private parking is not available. Public parking is near the rooms mostly free. The Hostel im Medizinerviertel is located 1 km from the central campus of the University of Halle. All locations offer a 10-minute walk from the Halle Central Station and a 20-minute drive from the A14 motorway.
