Small 1-room apartment in the city center and yet quiet. On 30sqm there is room for a maximum of 3 people to sleep. There is a pull-out double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment has a small open kitchen and a small shower room.
In front of the apartment is a large fenced furnished terrace with a charcoal grill.
On the terrace there is a pavilion with terrace furniture.
Arrival from 4.00 p.m.; Departure by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. The key will be deposited in a key safe directly at the apartment.

Park in the surrounding streets free of charge in the designated areas. Please note that you are in the middle of the city centre and it can sometimes take a long time to find a free parking space.
In the bustling, trendy district of KTV (Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt) there are numerous pubs, bars and clubs as well as small craft shops and studios. The established cultural scene includes plays at the Volkstheater Rostock, art films at the Lichtspieltheater Wunderbar and live music at the M.A.U. Club on the riverbank. To the south is the sprawling Lindenpark, a former cemetery that is now popular with joggers and for picnics.
Rostock's city centre with its historic old town has a number of experiences and highlights in store during a visit. Since its founding, Rostock has also been repeatedly associated with the number "seven", which stands for seven towers, seven gates or even seven streets from the new market. The "Rostocker 7" also includes the 7 churches of the city. What of it is still there today? Go in search of clues! The imposing brick Gothic churches of St. Marien or St. Petri characterize.
St. Mary's with its mighty west building is a major work of North German brick Gothic and has a rich interior with the baroque high altar, the organ, sermon pulpit and baptismal font. During guided discovery tours, you will gain insights into the vault, the tower with bells and the organ system. Seen from the outside, St. Mary's Church with its gabled houses and the town hall opposite forms an impressive Hanseatic ensemble.
At 117 m, St. Peter's is the highest church in Rostock. Climb the viewing platform at a height of 45 m by spiral staircase or elevator and let yourself be fascinated by the unique view over the city harbour to Warnemünde.
