TYPE E. Luxuriously furnished waterfront apartment on the ground floor with terrace facing the water in Marina Wendtorf. From the living room, bedroom and terrace you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the cozy, small marina. With the apartment's binoculars you can follow the many sailboats and the lively traffic of large container ships to and from the Kiel Canal. And if you choose to come to Kieler Woche, which usually takes place the last whole week in June, you can from your holiday apartment witness the world's largest sailing competition. In addition to a combined living room-kitchen area of 30 m & # 178; a large and bright bedroom of 16 m & # 178; with sea views and a bathroom with both whirlpool and sauna. The local area invites for walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. On the nearby headland Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can also choose between a textile beach and a nudist beach. In the evening, you can participate in the harbor life or watch it from the terrace - or you can follow from the living room while you have fun around the crackling bio fireplace. The apartment naturally includes modern facilities such as flat screen TV with DVD player, music system with CD player, internet and dishwasher. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
