Experience the tranquility and beauty of the Allgäu surroundings in our cozy apartment, located in the attic of the landlord's residence on a sunny slope. This charming abode offers a picturesque panoramic view of the Lechsee and the majestic Allgäu mountains. Ideally positioned next to the toboggan slope and not far from the Gsteig golf course, it is just a short walk from the center of Lechbruck and the surrounding lake landscape. Cultural highlights, such as the royal castles in Füssen, are only 20 km away, as well as the Ammergau Alps with their unparalleled nature. The 52 square meter apartment is comfortably furnished under the roof and accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. It has two bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable skylights that flood the room with daylight. The larger room houses a double bed, while the smaller one has a single bed. The spacious living area is equipped with a lounge suite and satellite TV, from which you have access to the protected east balcony. Here, guests can enjoy the view on comfortable furniture. A kitchenette with a ceramic hob and filter coffee machine, as well as a dining area are also available. The bathroom offers a shower and toilet. Outside the apartment, a garden for communal use awaits, offering a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Free parking directly at the fenced house and a lockable, covered bicycle parking space are available. Just a few meters away, the Lechsee tempts with water sports opportunities, and the surrounding mountains offer perfect conditions for skiing descents and cross-country skiing. The nearby town center, reachable in just a few minutes’ walk, promises culinary delights and convenient amenities with restaurants and supermarkets.
