Hello, wellcome to Castellberg. This is the right place for natureloving people. Here you can relaxe, as it is located about 800m from the next little village and about 5km to the next town Staufen. Surrounded by meadow orchards and viniards this place give access to the hiking trails in the Black Forest. Only 2 hours walk and you have a marvelous look in the Rhinevalley.
We moved from Berlin to this beautiful area 35 years ago. Rised our both sons Tim and Florian and loved the beautiful nature around the Castellberg. We love moutainbiking, hiking, and swimming. When we are not at Castellberg, our lovley neibours will take care about your wishes. Please ask Theresa and Arpad if you need any help.
Free public transport with our Konus Karte ( included in the price) within about 100km. In Ballrechten-Dottingen your find all facilities for living, if you like more enjoy the historic city Staufen only about 5km from us. The Jakosway is running along our property, you can follow it up till Freiburg. Thermal bathing is very popular as the hot water comes from the Rhinevalley. The best entertainement park in the world - EUROPAPARK- is only 35min by car north of us.
