Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace with a nice view. Landhaus PHILIPP is located a 15-minute walk from the sandy Baltic coast. It stands opposite a forest path which runs directly to the beach. A range of sports can be enjoyed nearby. Bad Doberan, Warnemünde and Heiligendamm are about 10-15 minutes away by car.
