The modern bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. We provide towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo are at your disposal. A washing machine belonging to the apartment is located in the laundry room in the basement of the building. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest with the comfortable sofa bed.

The train station "Echterdingen" (S-Bahn) can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. From there you will need only 2 minutes by train to go to the Stuttgart airport and fair trade (station "Flughafen/Messe)". To the main station (Station “Hauptbahnhof”) of Stuttgart it takes 25 minutes. By car, the highway A8 can be reached in a few minutes. You can’t live more central than this! You have a private parking space in the underground garage at your disposal. In the surrounding streets you can also park with a parking ticket, at night and on weekends partly free of charge. The extremely central location offers you numerous bakeries, restaurants and shopping opportunities for daily needs within walking distance.
