Ground floor 1 entrance area 1 living/dining room with double sofa bed, underfloor heating, 1 flat screen satellite TV, radio, wood-burning fireplace 1 modern, fully equipped kitchen including electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pad machine, complete crockery .... 1 guest toilet upper floor 1 bedroom with box spring double bed (continuous topper 180 x 200) and sofa bed, 1 flat screen satellite TV, wardrobe, fly screen 1 bedroom with box spring double bed (continuous topper 180 x 200) and wardrobe, fly screen 1 travel cot (with mattress) and high chair 1 bathroom with rain shower, toilet and vanity outdoor area Garden with covered terrace, barbecue and garden furniture 1 car parking space in front of the door further parking spaces approx. 100 m away
