Since then, we’ve shared not only our love for each other, but also for music and the local scene here in Essen. This apartment was created by metalheads for metalheads – and you’ll feel it in every corner: walls covered with band posters, flags, artwork, vinyl, wild decor, and two chandeliers. Ruhrpott charm meets scene history – all of it right above the legendary Café Nord. This isn’t just a place to sleep – it’s a full dive into the world of Ruhrpott metal, the energy of Essen’s subculture, and a way of life. In the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed for two, plus a large pull-out couch in the living room – space for up to four people who know what they’re signing up for. And you should, too: it’s not pin-drop quiet here. It doesn’t have to be. Room 555 is right in the middle of Essen’s Metal Mile – Café Nord, Don’t Panic, Turock, and many more venues are just around the corner. Want to party? Head downstairs. Parties happen in the clubs – not in the apartment. This is your spot to chill, recharge after the pit, or just relax. Located in the city center, you’ve got bars, shops, and public transport right at your doorstep. Loud, honest, full of heart – just like the Ruhr area itself.
