Wir haben uns dem Thema der Nachhaltigkeit „17 SDGs“ verschieben, so dass wir bei der Auswahl und Umsetzung uns besonders auf die Nachhaltigkeit von Materialien und deren Nutzung beim Betrieb fokussiert haben.  Twin-Bedroom mit 2 Betten zu je 0.90m x 2.00m, OEKO-TEX  Großes Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick zum Rüttenscheider Markt und auf die Dächern von Rüttenscheid.  Modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC  Die gemütliche Couch bietet Platz für den 4. Gast  Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine  LED TV (Flat, 58 Zoll; Bildqualität: 4K)  Streaming TV (Netflix)  Gratis Highspeed WLAN; WIFI Diese nachhaltige und frisch renovierte Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig, perfekt für 2 Personen, aber auch 4 Gäste können dank der komfortablen Kuschelecke sehr gut unterkommen. Schau; Dir auch gerne meine anderen Inserate in Essen an, die Platz für bis zu 8 Personen bieten. Ich möchte, dass ihr einen 5-Sterne Aufenthalt in der Wohnung verbringt, so dass ich für jeden Gästewunsch eine Wohnungslösung anbieten kann!
