Stylish and quiet 1-room penthouse apartment in Karlsruhe / Durlach. The 50sqm apartment is newly furnished and has a large double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a nice dining area and a 25sqm terrace with great views.
The Durlacher old town with pretty restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. Shops (REWE / DM) are in the immediate vicinity. The tram is a few minutes walk; Karlsruhe city center is 11 minutes away by train.
