It is located just 600 metres from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Station and only a 3 minute walk from the city centre. This spacious apartment features a large living room with a seating area and TV with satellite channels. Guests will appreciate the private balcony as well as the provided bed linen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests are invited to prepare their own meals, as a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment includes a microwave and dining area. Various dining options in the pedestrian area in central Garmisch are also just a 2-minute walk away. This penthouse apartments offers a wonderful mountain view. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the big balcony watching the alpine sunrise. Two comfortable bedrooms are available for our guests. Couch in the living room can be also used, if you want to stay with a big family or group of friends. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find everything for cooking. This apartment is styled with wood, which is perfect for a stay in the Alps.

It is very close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, sport clubs as well as to some entertainments in the city. Big supermarket Lidl is 2 min away from apartment as well as the main train station and Zugspitze train station. Bus stop is just in front of the house. Hausberg ski area can be reached by car in 5 min or by skibus which stops in front of the house.
