A place to live, work and live is been created in the middle of Franconia - whether for a short business trip or as a long stay. In the summer of 2022, the building complex opened its doors with a total of 104 modern serviced apartments, fully equipped co-working spaces and an exclusive deli-store concept. With an optimal location and connections, you have the perfect lunch and after-work spot right in front of the door in the middle of the modern district thanks to the green park area right in front of the two buildings - in other words: the place to be! Our long-term guests can enjoy the advantages of fully equipped kitchens, and, for a small surcharge, of course also our guests who only stay a few nights.
Located in the heart of the European metropolitan region of Nuremberg and home to well-known international companies such as Adidas, Puma and the Schaeffler Group, Herzogenaurach's cosmopolitan reputation precedes it. This makes the likeable city in Middle Franconia the perfect home for the place! Here shopping outlets meet historic half-timbered houses. Just a short drive away, the trade fair city of Nuremberg, as the second largest city in Bavaria, also offers numerous gastronomic highlights and sights from the Christmas Christkindlesmarkt to the world-famous Nuremberg grilled sausages and gingerbread to the internationally renowned trade fair.
