This architect-designed townhouse offers a tranquil yet central stay in Berlin, located on the historic grounds of the former Berlin slaughterhouse, between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. Whether you're visiting for work, family time, or leisure, this unique home provides modern comfort, privacy, and excellent connections across the city.
The bright, south-facing open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, eco-friendly Merbau floors with underfloor heating, and natural clay-painted walls. High-quality furnishings by Charles Eames and B&B Italia create a stylish and welcoming interior. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances from Bulthaup, Gaggenau, and Liebherr – ideal for cooking and dining at home.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests include:
* Bedroom 1: B&B Italia king-size bed with Tempur mattress
* Bedroom 2: Team 7 single bed with Tempur mattress
* Bedroom 3 (top-floor loft): Team 7 double bed with access to a private rooftop balcony
All bedrooms are bright and thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens and towels provided.
