The beautiful house is located in a quiet side street in the local community of Leimbach. The house offers everything you need to relax and feel good on two floors. There is tiled flooring on the ground floor and high-quality parquet on the upper floor. The three bedrooms are located upstairs and are all equipped with a Smart TV. Bedroom 1: 1.80m double bed and double bunk bed

There is so much space in all bedrooms that there is space for baby beds if required.
There is a bathroom on the first floor with two sinks, a shower, a large bathtub and a toilet.

It takes around 15 minutes to drive to the famous Nürburgring. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants and the like in Adenau, 5 minutes away. There is a public playground just under 100 meters from the accommodation.
