The large window front offers a wonderful view of the garden and the mountain peaks. The spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - there is even a traditional oven. The owners have created a unique symbiosis between modern, rustic and traditional to offer you an exceptional living experience. The house adjoins a large, open meadow at the edge of the forest, where your children can let off steam while you prepare your barbecue specialities on the cosy terrace. Whether you're a winter sports fan, hiker or nature lover, there's something for everyone here. There are two ski areas in the immediate vicinity, cross-country ski trails just below the housing estate, Lake Tegernsee and Lake Schliersee as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. Enjoy the breathtaking nature of the Alpine region and be inspired by the power of mountain herbs.
