"UpStay Ferienwohnungen" was founded by Eveline van Stee in 2019, who after studying Hospitality Management in The Hague, returned to this beautiful spot on the German North Sea coast to manage and rent out holiday homes. "UpStay Ferienwohnungen" aims to be the only and best contact for guests who want to enjoy a carefree holiday at the Northsea coast in Greetsie and Krummhörn. All our properties are modern and comfortable and with our personal Check-in and Check-out you already feel like home upon arrival.

The holiday home "Up Besöök" was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward . The house is equipped with a smart home system , which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting. The apartment " Sanddorn " is on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house and offers very high quality equipment . The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV .When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the balcony with a beautiful view, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (100x200) . Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe and extra large duvets (155x220) . In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted frames offer the desired level of comfort . The second bedroom is on the top floor and has a home cinema system with Dolby Surround system, so you can make yourself really comfortable here.For the real cinema feeling there is of course also a popcorn machine .
