We are a young team, which looks after the Villa am Park and the neighbouring Villa Austria. We love the architecture in Binz and would like to combine the historical bath architecture building substance with the most modern living standard. The most important thing for us is that our guests feel comfortable and spend a relaxing time with us. For questions and wishes please contact us.

Property information

Our Villa am Park is centrally located in the historic part of Binz and has completely redesigned apartments and studios in 2019. The spacious and bright apartments are suitable for 2-4 persons and offer modern living comfort with fully equipped kitchen. Some of the apartments have a private balcony facing the Kurpark with a wonderful view. The villa has a fully equipped and spacious fitness and sauna area. We attach importance to individual care and try to consider your wishes to the best of our ability. Please feel free to contact us directly at any time if you have any questions regarding children/additional beds or pets. Of course, fast WLAN is available; comfortably without password. Parking spaces are available directly at the house on request.

Neighbourhood information

The Villa am Park is located in the historic centre of Alt-Binz. The building borders to the rear on the quiet Kurpark. The sandy beach is only 250m, the pier only 400m away. The town centre with a multitude of restaurants and shopping facilities is also only 200m away and therefore in the immediate vicinity. Due to the location at the spa gardens, the apartments are very quiet despite the short distances.
