SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013.
Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices.
We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements.
With SauerlandBookings, we want to relieve landlords and give as many tenants as possible the chance to enjoy the beautiful Sauerland in Germany.

A detached 6-person holiday home of approx. 112 m2 on a plot of 598 m2, which is fully equipped. Peacefully located in the middle of the Sauerland nature with breathtaking views to the hills. A nice spacious living room with wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and 3 bedrooms. The house has a lovely garden with terraces. Recently, you can enjoy being outside even longer in the large canopy. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Please bring your own towels and kitchen linen.

The property is located in Medebach, a 15-minute drive to the tourist towns of Winterberg and Willingen. The area is a quiet protected nature / bird area. Both in summer and winter a lovely area. You can hike, cycle, mountain bike and motorbike, swim in nearby lakes, enjoy a terrace or read a book in the garden. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing and skiing.
Medebach has a unique climate with considerably more sunshine hours than the rest of Sauerland, it is not called the "Tuscany of Sauerland" for nothing. Nearby, you can swim in a subtropical swimming paradise, go horse riding, fish or bowl. You can enjoy the peace and quiet or be active in many ways.
