‘HOME-FROM-HOME IN COSY ATMOSPHERE’ In 1905, architect Mr Mayer built a charming little villa for his wife Marie in the style of the time in the middle of a beautiful garden on the southern edge of the moat in Rottweil, the oldest town in Baden-Württemberg. With great attention to detail, we have restored the interior and exterior of this beautiful building from the late Wilhelminian period. The period-appropriate furnishings consist of smart antiques surrounded by a harmony of colours in warm shades of gold, fine sea blues and delicate sand. Sleeping in the carefully selected bed is heavenly. Rottweil is picturesquely situated on the Neckar between the Swabian Alb and the Black Forest with almost unlimited leisure opportunities. On a clear day, the Swiss Alps can be admired from Germany's highest visitor platform. The narrow streets of the historic town centre with its magnificent town houses, churches, museums, restaurants and cafés invite you to stroll and linger - just a stone's throw from us.
