Surrounded by picturesque countryside, Waldhaus Lahnstein offers a sunny beer garden, a children's playground and a barbecue area. Set in a rustic wooden building, it is 7 km from Niederlahnstein Train Station. Free WiFi, Satellite TV, a seating area and private bathroom are included in all the bright rooms. Each one is decorated in peaceful, neutral colours and comes with pinewood furniture. À la carte meals are served in the warmly decorated restaurant, which wooden panels and a fireplace. Homemade cakes and fresh coffee are available all day, and a hearty breakfast buffet is provided. Waldhaus Lahnstein is 2.5 km from the banks of the Rhine, and guests can also take a ferry to Stolzenfels Castle on the other side. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, with the scenic Rheinsteig hiking trail running directly past the hotel.
