You will live in the nearby district of Sinsheim-Dühren. However, it takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the center of Sinsheim, and only 3 minutes to the A6 freeway and the "Hinter der Mühle" industrial park. Attractions such as Badewelt Sinsheim, Auto- und Technikmuseum Sinsheim, PreZero Arena and Klima-Arena are also about 5 minutes away. You can use the underground parking space in the building or the free parking around the house. There is also a bus stop for bus lines 761, 768 and 799 right outside the front door. There are various restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. There are also two fitness studios, a hairdresser and a health food store (Biowelt Sinsheim) in the nearby area.
