A natural swimming area at the Hofsee lake is approx. 1.5 km away and a restaurant approx. 4.50 km away, further catering facilities and various shopping facilities can be found approx. 6-7 km away in Waren (Müritz). This centrally heated (partly underfloor heating), tastefully furnished non-smoking flat for up to 6 people on one level has insect screens on the bedroom windows and can be reached via an open external staircase and a shared hallway. The apartment has a spacious living area (sofa bed & extra bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV, music system) with open-plan kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has a small balcony with private access, another balcony is located in front of the entrance area. There are also car parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor area with a covered seating area, parasol and barbecue for communal use.
