In the middle of the old town and surrounded by historic buildings, the newly renovated and listed apartment from 1719 offers a real wow effect. You enter the long hallway via your own entrance at the back of the building - a high-quality and well-equipped apartment awaits you. On the right side of the hallway are the two bedrooms. At the end of the hallway you will find two small tables for working (we offer high-speed internet) and a view of the Schwabach. To the left of the hallway you come into the cozy living room with a large sofa (sleeping function for the sixth guest). In extension to the living room there is the bathroom and, on the other hand, a walk-through room with a retro games console, smart TV and bean bags for “chilling out”. Ultimately you come to the large kitchen with dining table and adjoining balcony in the inner courtyard. The strict requirements for monument protection are what give it a special charm - the walls, ceilings and floors have been painstakingly repaired. Please note the half-timbering on the walls, some wooden thresholds and some low door frames.
