Dear guest,

to be as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Your hostess
It all began 13 years ago....
I have loved traveling since I was little and have stayed in many hotels, vacation homes and apartments. A few years ago I had the idea of sharing my apartment, renovating it and renting it out to vacation guests. So I started the renovation work and this beautiful vacation apartment was created, into which I put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation, so that exactly this jewel could be created.
Every room has been furnished with as much attention to detail as possible to give you, dear guests, the best possible stay.
It's a never ending love story...
The apartment is centrally located in charming Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin's most sought-after neighborhoods (Kollwitzkiez). Alexanderplatz and the beautiful Volkspark are just a 5-minute walk away. An apartment in Berlin could not be more centrally located.
Great day trips can be planned from here. Whether it's a boat trip on the Spree/Müggelsee, a visit to the planetarium or Museum Island around the corner, a walk to Mauerpark for karaoke and a flea market or a visit to the Vabali Spa. No spot is far away from here.
Surrounded by the vibrant neighborhood culture of the Winsviertel and Kollwitzkiez, street art, local restaurants, cozy cafés and numerous stores create a unique atmosphere.
The Volkspark, a 5-minute walk directly behind the hill, with its fairytale fountain and cozy café by the water, is not only fantastically beautiful, it also invites you to take part in many activities. From volleyball courts, basketball court, bolder walls, skate park, tennis court, inline skating track, jogging circuit, barbecue area to open airs - there's always something going on in this park.
Hip bars such as the KROM Bar, Odessarbar or the Rooftopbar des Weekends are also within walking distance.
The Kiez also has something to offer for bright-eyed children. The Leisepark is right in the side street. An old cemetery where children can let off steam in nature and when it's warm, the Volkspark Friedrichshein is a great place to cool off in the children's paddling pools and a fantastic stream. In Kollwitzstraße there are numerous other activities such as porcelain painting or a small children's park with a few animals and a small village built by children.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance.
