On Würzburgerstr. I offer my guests a good price-performance stay, aimed at budget-friendly accommodation. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and also includes a dining area within the kitchen. The bathroom is shared by up to three rooms when the accommodation is fully booked. Both the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned regularly.
I am (36) studying Political Science at the University of Bremen and at the same time rent out rooms and apartments in Bremen on a commercial basis.
Würzburgerstr. is one of the main streets in a neighborhood called Findorff and has easy access to tram and bus stations. At the same time, it is possible to reach the city center within 15–20 minutes on foot.
