A room is in first floor just next to the shared bathroom, simple designed and the biggest room (approx. 30m2) in the house. It has a kitchen inside that is fully equipped and has windows on the both ends, which gets enough sun in every period of the day can have enough light from.

It is located in the most central neighborhood of the city, the heart of Findorff, Bremen, at Münchenerstr that is one of the biggest main streets around.
