It is a modern and comfortable holiday flat with a large sun terrace.
The flat is in a quiet south-facing position with a view of the Ettelsberg and the Hoppeketal valley. It is right next to the new K1 ski lift (8-seater chair lift) and the sunny slope.
Leisure facilities such as the climbing hall, gondola lift, go-kart track, bowling alley, summer toboggan run, MTB bike park, glass factory and much more are just a few minutes' walk away.
Shops, the town centre and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. For bikers and hikers, the trails start right at the house.
