Apartment located on the outskirts of Gl. Skagen in scenic surroundings and within walking distance to the beach. The apartment is modernly furnished with good furnishings, well-equipped open kitchen with dining area, spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine and two large bedrooms with good beds. On the 45 m & # 178; large partially covered terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers there is always shelter to find where you can enjoy the beautiful nature or cook on the grill. There is also a small space in front of the apartment, where there is also a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sunset. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
