“Det var hyggeligt, stille og roligt. Det lå lidt væk fra alting, men hvis man har bil gør det ikke noget. Ligger 10 minutters kørsel fra vandet og Højer og 20 minutter fra Tønder. Ejerne var meget søde. Kan klart anbefale.”

Please note: our house is NOT in Højer town, we live 5 km away from Højer. On request: If you are traveling as a small group (5-6 people), we can provide you with 3 rooms. Then all participants use the shared bathroom. We are a self-catering accommodation, i.e. You cook yourself in our well-equipped guest kitchen or go out to eat in Tønder or on Rømø. Or you can grill on our guest terrace. Breakfast can be ordered in advance on request and is not included in the room price. Our rooms are all on the first floor of the house, we don't have a lift and are therefore not barrier-free. We are very fond of children, but we have neither cots nor a playground. Our house is mainly reserved for adults who need some rest and a break. Note for allergy sufferers and pet owners! We also live in the house!. One dog can be brought along by prior arrangement. Dog should be house-trained and sleep in his own bed/box. Please ask us. if you come with an e-bike there is a fee of 100 kr /night .
We are Kirsten and Ole and want you warmly welcome to our bed and kitchen "Den gamle skole" in Nr.Sejerslev, only 15 minutes from the German border.
Enjoy the peace and quiet and the wonderful landscape here in the country. Over 50 km of hiking trails through the Tøndermarsch are waiting for you. Or the SORT SOL attraction in spring and autumn when the starlings fly in formations by the thousands. Or just let the west coast wind whiz around your ears on a long walk on the Wadden Sea. It's not far to Niebüll, Sylt and Rømø. Sønderborg and Dybbøl Schanze are about 70 km away. Tønder is also only 15 minutes away by car. There are cafes and restaurants and "The old pharmacy".
