This cosy 70 m² holiday home with whirlpool and sauna is located in scenic Lodbjerg Hede - just a stone's throw from the fishing lake Lodbjerg Hede Ørredsø and a golf course. Large windows that let in plenty of natural light create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The interior of the house is completely clad in natural wood and from the dining area you have a fantastic view over the West Jutland countryside. The open-plan living/dining area with wood-burning stove invites you to linger and socialise in the evening and flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and a large fridge with freezer compartment. Preparing your meals is very easy here. The holiday home has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes for plenty of storage space. There are 2 further sleeping options in the loft, which can be reached via a ladder. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a whirlpool (not yet installed in the pictures) as well as a sauna - ideal for relaxing after an active day at the fishing lake 200 metres away or the golf course 800 metres away. After a sauna session, relax outside on the sun loungers on the large south-facing terrace or barbecue your home-caught fish and enjoy the evening with a good glass of wine and friends. Here you can admire the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view over the small heath area behind the house to the dunes behind which the North Sea with its wide sandy beach awaits you. Søndervig with its many shops, restaurants, cafés and clothing shops is just 4 kilometres away. 4 - 6 people can relax here with a pet.
