It has four bedrooms and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna as well as an additional bathroom, so the house is well suited for two families. Comfortably furnished living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump in case there is a chilly evening, or just because it is cozy. Functional kitchen with many appliances for preparing meals together. From the house you can see the Baltic Sea and you are not far from a good swimming beach with jetty. The house is located only 1 km from the tranquil trading town of Nysted, with its small charming houses and cozy harbor. A house for a relaxing vacation full of varied experiences.
