Situated on a dune lot within walking distance of the North Sea and with fantastic views of the sea and dunes from a hilltop on the property, this cottage is perfectly situated. From the outside you enter a small laundry room and from here directly into the bright pool area with whirlpool, sauna and bath room. A few steps in turn take you to the cozy dining room, which is open to the smaller and well-equipped kitchen. At the end of the room is a cozy living room with comfortable furniture. The house has an open beamed ceiling and clinker floors with underfloor heating.
