Property information

This cottage is located on an absolutely stunning plot with only approx. 90 meters to the beach at Hejlsminde. Here you will find a beautiful view both from inside the house and from the large terrace areas. The cottage is modernly decorated and the significance of the light is conceived in the form of the large panoramic windows and skylights. In the cottage you have 69 m2 on the ground floor but in addition there are also approx. 40 m2 activity room in the basement. Here you can find plenty of space for play and fun without getting cold feet, because there is underfloor heating. The living room itself and kitchen / dining area are stylishly furnished, and from the whole area you can see the sea. In the bedroom there is a built-in closet with sliding door and from the bedroom you can also go directly to the terrace. In the second bedroom there are bunk beds with a length of approx. 1.90. There is also a good loft with beautiful views. By the house, the outdoor life can be lived on the large terraces, which have direct access from the house. Behind the house you will find a cozy courtyard. There are a total of 120 m2 of terraces, of which 40 are wooden terraces. There are beautiful views of the sea from both terraces. There is also an outdoor shower so you can cool off on a hot summer day (available during the summer). Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
