Property information

Approx. 800 m from the North Sea you will find this well-appointed holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. Located on a high dune plot at the cosy resort Nr. Lyngby. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, lounge area and wood-burning stove, all contributing to creating a cosy atmosphere. The house has 6 bedrooms with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with single beds - box-mattresses in all beds. In addition, two large and spacious sleeping mezzanines. The large pool area has a large swimming pool with water slide and swim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day, it is nice to slip into the large whirlpool and just relax while you get underwater massage from the roaring heat jets or to get warm in the sauna. 3 bathrooms all with shower and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can take you a game of billiards or table tennis on the combined table. You can also challenge each other in darts. There is also stereo. On the spacious plot that surrounds the house the owner has thought of the younger guests with a sandbox, slide and swings. You can also relax on a sunbed on the terrace. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
